Open Enrollment applications must be submitted annually for all students in grades K–12. Please review the important details below before completing your application.
Open Enrollment must be applied for and approved each school year.
One application per child is required.
A current proof of address (dated within the last 30 days) must be uploaded with your application.
All applications must be submitted digitally using the button below.
The application deadline for returning students is August 1st each year. Failure to reapply by this date may result in your child being withdrawn to their district of residence.
Open Enrollment decisions are made based on criteria established in state law and district capacity, as determined annually by the Superintendent.
Current open enrolled students receive priority over new applicants.
Applications are processed in the order received.
No student will be denied admission to Benton-Carroll-Salem Schools based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or any other legally protected status.
Families will receive official notice of acceptance or denial by mail.
All denials will be followed up with a formal letter via postal mail.
