Mrs. Bergman joined Benton-Carroll-Salem School District in 1988. Mrs. Bergman’s past professional work includes:Elementary Principal, Elementary Teacher, and a Reading Specialist for over 25 years. Mrs. Bergman holds a B.A. in Elementary Education/Reading Specialist (Bowling Green State University) & M.A. in Educational Administration (University of Toledo).

Mr. Halsey joined Benton-Carroll-Salem School District in 2023. Mr. Halsey's past professional work includes: Principal at Bataan Intermediate School in Port Clinton, Director of Technology for Danbury Local Schools, & experience as an English/Language Arts teacher in both Ohio and Indiana. Mrs. May joined/rejoined Benton-Carroll-Salem School District in 2024. Mrs. May's past professional work includes: Director of Compliance and Assistant Director of Special Education with Perrysburg Schools, Special Education Consultant with State Support Team- Region 1, RTI Coordinator and Special Education Coordinator with BCS, Business Education Teacher with Elida and New Knoxville Schools, and legal experience in Sidney, OH. Mrs. May holds a MEd-EDL in Educational Leadership (University of Cincinnati), J.D. in Law (Ohio Northern University) and a B.S. in Business Administration / Pre-Law (Bowling Green State University).

Mr. Slauterbeck is a 2004 Oak Harbor graduate and rejoined Benton-Carroll-Salem Schools in 2024. Mr. Slauterbeck's Past work includes 2 years at Otsego Local Schools and 6 years at Van Buren Local Schools as Athletic Director. Mr. Slauterbeck holds a Masters in Athletic Administration (Ohio University), a Masters in Strength and Conditioning (Texas Tech University), and a Bachelors in Education (BGSU). Mr. Slauterbeck is also a Certified Athletic Administrator through the NIAAA.

Mr. Scherf is a 1991 graduate of Oak Harbor High School. In 1999, he started coaching Varsity Wrestling, as an assistant, and continued until 2017. He joined the Middle School staff as a classroom aide in 2016, and most recently worked as the High School Study Hall Monitor. Previous to joining B-C-S LSD, Mr. Scherf was an accountant at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Findlay in 1995, and holds a Class B CDL in the state of Ohio.
